Intro
Houston, Texas — September 19, 2026 — We welcomed more than 300 attendees to OFan-Day at a 400-square-meter venue at 711 Milby St., bringing the Osight community together for a day of product experiences and in-person connection. Throughout the event, attendees joined live product presentations, connected with the Osight team through interactive sessions, and took part in a variety of on-site activities.
Inside the Osight Fan Event
OFan Day is more than a gathering—it is an opportunity to bring the Osight community closer together through a shared passion for shooting and innovation. OFan Day gives us a chance to meet our fans face to face, share what we have been working on, and hear directly from the people who use and support Osight.
This year, that connection centered around the launch of the Osight R. From its official unveiling and live presentation to conversations with fans and an up-close look at the new optic, the event brought the Osight R off the screen and into the hands of the community for the first time.

Tested Beyond the Range
During the launch, we premiered test footage of the Osight R undergoing a 5,280-ft high-altitude drop and a 10,000-round firing test. Beyond these two tests, the R was also put through impact, freezing, crush, and extreme-heat testing—pushing the optic beyond typical user conditions to demonstrate its durability and reliability.
Built Together with the Shooting Community
OFan Day was an awesome change of pace, trading the tail end of the Phoenix summer for the Houston humidity! The Osight crew actually has its fair share of Houston roots, making it the perfect starting point for some new product evals.
Some lucky OFan attendees even got a rare chance for some range time with prospective Osight designs, and they won't be the only ones: The few of us set out from Houston to quietly start little road show, so if you seem them at your local range, give them a holler.
